Most teams don't struggle to find assistive technology — they struggle to use it. The device gets ordered and ends up in a drawer. The app gets installed and never opened. I've spent 18 years in special education and assistive technology watching that pattern, and my work is built around breaking it: matching the right tool to the right person, and making sure it actually gets used — in the classroom, on the job, and in daily life.
